Ice Stars - Season 2 (2016)

The Ice Stars gang is back in full swing with a whole new season ahead of them. Ice-hockey-mad Charlie is joined by best mate Freddie as they compete in a very important late-night trial, synchro coach Esther brings in a choreographer to the stars to try and get the Icicles in shape after captain Emily's departure at the end of last season, and dance duo Jellie have to overcome a shaky start as the star performers at the opening of a pop-up ice rink.

The British Championships are looming and figure skater Josh has high hopes for a medal, but with days to go before the competition starts, he is laid up in bed with flu. There is a shock in store for ice dancer Ella when her partner Adriano returns from a long summer holiday in Italy, and ice hockey-mad Charlie gets an offer he can't refuse.

Figure Skater Kloe is fighting to get back on top form after a few disappointing performances; fresh from the British championships Josh returns home to some shattering news but still manages to pull off a stunning surprise performance with best mate Kloe; and ice dancer Ella realises she'll need to work harder than ever to keep the Adriella partnership alive.

Emotions are running high for the Ice Dance partnership Adriella.

Ice hockey brothers Rais and Aren are off to Canada for the trip of a lifetime as Aren has a very special tournament and is hoping to make his family proud.

Ella and Lauren forget about finding dance partners as they head to an Ice Show in Brighton to brush shoulders with the stars.

Ice hockey player Liam takes on men twice his age in an action packed match, and there's drama for synchro skater Aimee as the Icicles are put through their paces.

The Icicles are in Austria for the Synchro world championships. They have a little too much fun in the snow and upset coach Esther, but they have to focus and pull out a show stopping performance to beat their rivals and make Esther proud. Back in the UK Josh and Kloe get Christmassy, and disaster strikes for Charlie in his speed skating debut.

Josh is in Hungary representing Great Britain in his first ever World Championships, but he is up against 40 other skaters from more than 30 different countries.

As the season draws to a close there's one more event in the calendar that everyone's talking about - its Gala day and this year the theme is The Frozen Kingdom. All the Ice Stars gather together for what promises to be a sensational performance, but as the skaters are getting ready and finishing touches are being made, there's some shattering news that breaks at the rink.
