Ice Stars - Season 1 (2015)

The ice-dancing girls are desperate for boy partners - there's only one in the squad, and he's already taken. But new boy Adriano is moving over from Italy to Nottingham to find himself a partner, and its Ella and Chloe who are the two to choose from. Nine-year-old Charlie lives and breathes ice hockey, but has he got what it takes to impress the coach? And the synchro team is competing at the British Championships, but when one of the girls has a bad fall in practice, it does not look good for the win they so desperately need.

Figure skater Josh dreams of representing GB in the 2018 Olympics and needs to impress the judges at world level to be in with a chance, but with a major international competition looming, Josh is struggling to land his jumps. Speed skater Maddie loves going fast, but a mystery illness has affected her training. She has a new plan which she hopes will help her recover. Ice dancer Adriano has finally chosen his new dance partner, so it's time to tell Chloe and Ella who he's picked.

Ice hockey teammates Liam and Rais have the biggest match of the season against their fiercest rivals. While Rais is doing some serious training with his dad, Liam is determined to keep a lid on his combative style - will he last the game without being sent off? Meanwhile, keen skater Kaira is going for her gold award, but little does she know that someone else in the family has also been practising down at the rink... and she's in for a very big surprise.

Figure skaters Josh and Kloe are off to an important tournament in Luxembourg - they've been practicing for months and have big moves to pull off. But will Kloe's injured ankle heal in time, and how will Josh cope against the older boys he's now up against? Back in Nottingham, Kiara's dad is about to reveal a very big secret. And brothers Rais and Aren are getting competitive on the ice-hockey rink.

Fed up with dancing alone, the Ice Dance girls are turning to new tactics to find themselves suitable partners - but is the ice disco the best place to start the search? The pressure is on for speedskater Izzy who's been picked to train with the Olympic squad - how will she do when she's up against her skating idol Elise Christie? And there's a surprise in store for birthday girl Kloe.

Liam has made it to the Team GB trials, but a dodgy breakfast isn't helping, and he's feeling very sick. Can he hold it down long enough to impress the coach with his shooting skills? Ice dancer Ella reveals just how much skating means to her, even though it has not always been easy, especially when it comes to friendships. And just days away from the most important World Championships, disaster strikes for captain Emily when she falls on an already-injured shoulder.

Finally the Icicles are off to the biggest event of their skating year, the Synchro World Championships. But will captain Emily be fit enough to skate with her team, and what is the surprise in store for Afton? Meanwhile, back in Nottingham, young figure skater Solomon needs to nail his axels if he wants to impress coach Tamara, and if he masters it, there might be a special reward in store for him.

Ice duo Josh and Ellie are heading to an important competition where they are competing for the first time at a higher level. Ellie is desperate for them to do well in the hope that it will persuade Josh to carry on skating with her and not give it all up for ballet. Kloe is off to see her family in Hungary, where she is planning to find inspiration for her solo gala performance.

Alexia and Kloe are off to London to meet Dr Xand and the Operation Ouch team to see if a scientist can work out why they don't get dizzy when they spin. Izzy has a very important speed trial to see if she has what it takes to join the Olympic squad. And with days to go before the annual gala, the Ice Stars are busier than ever with last-minute rehearsals, and some still have their costumes to find.

The day of the gala has finally arrived, but as the crowds arrive, there's drama backstage. Will Ella fix her costume in time for her big debut with Adriano? Will Kloe keep her nerves under control and nail her Hungarian performance? And just when the Ice Stars think it's all over, there's a surprise performance that leaves everyone speechless.
