Season 2 Plot
Back at the Primary Healthcare Unit, Dr. Laura will seek a balance between the human and the scientific as she mediates the conflict between the unorthodox Dr. Paulo and the new manager, Cilene, who is primarily interested in productivity. Despite some disagreements, the reunion between the doctors fosters a new relationship that is challenged by an environment where solutions are always multifaceted, but never simple, as in cases of epidemics, abortion, and domestic violence.

Season 2 Episodes
1. Nelson
Being away from the Primary Healthcare Unit and her team is proving increasingly difficult for Dr. Laura, and she is becoming frustrated with the coldness of her new work environment.
2. Ana and Ulisses
To Paulo's dismay, Cilene hires two medical students to increase the number of patients seen at the Primary Healthcare Unit; despite their differences, Davi and Kátia are each at opposite ends of the spectrum of immaturity.
3. Irene
Irene is becoming increasingly aggressive and having difficulty understanding what her son is saying; when the case reaches the Primary Healthcare Unit, Doctor Paulo and Doctor Laura are unable to reach a consensus.
4. Giuliana
Doctor Paulo and Doctor Laura clash in search of an answer in yet another case.
5. Robson
Dr. Paulo receives his son, who has just run away from his mother's house. Despite the hospitality, this coexistence will be anything but easy. Amidst the chaos, Paulo will have to rethink the role of fatherhood.
6. Jorginho
Jorginho, an increasingly frail elderly man, finds his only hope in his transgender daughter, whom he has rejected for years. In this story of reconciliation, Paulo and Laura will play a key role.
7. Carol and Joana
Torn between the law and their own sensitivity, doctors Paulo and Laura must help two patients facing dilemmas related to pregnancy.
8. Maurício and Lena
Paulo and Laura face a final test when a marital problem between two patients could end up causing a conflict of interest within the Primary Healthcare Unit team.
