Season 1 Plot
Captures a corporate offsite event at a family-owned hot sauce company from the perspective of Anthony, a recently hired temporary worker. Unbeknownst to Anthony, the entire experience is staged, every colleague around him is performing a role, and each moment – whether in conference rooms or during downtime – has been meticulously orchestrated. As the founder prepares to step down, the getaway transforms into a clash between big corporate ambitions and small business values, with control of the company hanging in the balance.

Season 1 Episodes
1. Onboarding
We follow Anthony's first day as a temp as he helps prep for the company's annual retreat by wrapping up loose ends at the office and welcoming the company to their idyllic off-site.
2. Team Building
Newly-elevated to "Captain Fun", Anthony helps his co-workers navigate a stressful day of team-building exercises. Dougie leans on Anthony to help him look like CEO material.
3. Soft Launch
It's time for the Client Cookout, a vital event for the company, its clients and vendors. Anthony helps Dougie Jr. debut a new sauce to impress his father and guests.
4. Accountability
Pool Day is ruined when the aftermath of the client cookout ultimately leads to Anthony and the Rockin' Grandma's gang having to conduct a search and rescue mission for one of their own employees.
5. Offsite
The sporting Dougcathalon that puts Rockin' Grandma's employees through their athletic paces is overshadowed by the arrival of Triukas, an external investment group.
6. Culture Fit
Anthony hosts the Rockin' Grandma's annual Talent Show. What begins as a friendly bit of fun escalates into a competitive rivalry between Triukas and the Rockin' Grandma's family.
7. Mergers & Acquisitions
As Doug prepares to sign away Rockin' Grandma's leadership to Triukas, Anthony and Dougie Jr. uncover a shocking hidden agenda.
8. Employee Review
With the company saved thanks to his heroic efforts, it's time for Anthony to receive his final paycheck and find out the real story behind Rockin' Grandma's.
