Xia Mo, a Hanfu-loving content creator, meets her tenant Shen Junyao, leading to a forced cohabitation. A scandalous photo spreads online, and they sign a fake relationship contract.

At her interview, Xia Mo is pranked by Shen Junyao. Her best friend hears rumors that Shen Junyao has emotional issues due to his parents' divorce.

Xia Mo is caught in pregnancy rumors and argues with Shen Junyao. He activates a robot, Xingguang, from his past regrets. Xia Mo feels jealous seeing them together.

Xia Mo is bullied at work due to Shen Junyao. She reunites with Lin Heng, her ancient-style idol, sparking old admiration. A fire breaks out later that night.

Shen Junyao and Xingguang save Xia Mo from the fire. Touched by their actions, Xia Mo agrees to continue the fake relationship, and the two reconcile.

Shen Junyao plans to announce their relationship. Xia Mo visits Lin Heng on set and ends up fixing his clothes. Meanwhile, Junyao's interview goes viral.

Shen Junyao comforts Xia Mo after a nightmare and accompanies her. He invites her to his family's villa for a group meeting.

Xia Mo shops for formal wear with Junyao but gets distracted by food. She ends up choosing a golden dress that captivates Shen Junyao.

Xia Mo meets Shen Kun, who is oddly warm. Forced to share a room, a blackout arranged by Shen Kun brings Xia Mo and Junyao closer.

Shen Junyao struggles with growing feelings for Xia Mo. When her press videos are lost, he defends her publicly at Station C.

Xia Mo collaborates with Lin Heng for an ad. Shen Junyao, jealous and misinformed, halts the launch of his robot, mistaking Xia Mo’s role.

Xia Mo confronts Shen Junyao in the rain over the misunderstanding. Both feel betrayed until the truth about Tang Jinxuan emerges.

At the T5 robot celebration, Junyao defends Xia Mo from her boss. Lin Heng invites her out, and Junyao reluctantly agrees.

Xia Mo and Lin Heng go to an amusement park. Lin confesses, but Xia Mo is reminded of Junyao. An awkward four-way encounter follows.

At Stan Tech, Xia Mo faces gossip. Junyao misreads her feelings and sees her parents at his house, prompting more tension.

During a team-building activity, Qin Xiang is hurt protecting Tang. Xia Mo and Junyao's tension grows as emotions surface.

Qin Xiang faked fainting to bond with Tang. At a bonfire, Junyao confesses to Xia Mo, asking her to respond after the event.

Card hunting begins at team building. Xia Mo, angry over a call Junyao takes, walks off and meets his ex, but reaffirms her love.

Xia Mo is invited to showcase her Hanfu designs. Junyao helps despite jealousy. Lin Heng's intentions cause further strain.

At the Hanfu event, Junyao announces their relationship, causing Xia Mo to flee. Her parents witness their kiss.

Xia Mo's mom demands she leave Junyao. He impresses her parents by bonding during a family meal and wins their trust.

Xia Mo is blackmailed and kidnapped by Lin Heng, who reveals he's Shen Junyao's brother and wants revenge.

Lin Heng retires after reconciling with Junyao. Xingguang recovers, having earned his place in the family. Peace is restored.
