Cycling isn't Fred Sirieix's only way of getting active in Belfast as he faces a former Irish boxing champion and a pottery wheel presents a creative challenge.
4. The North Coast
Fred's cycle on the North Coast takes him through dramatic cliffs and rolling hills as he tries golf for the first time and also gets a lesson in hurling.
5. Derry / Londonderry
Fred Sirieix visits Derry / Londonderry at the perfect time - Halloween - as the culturally rich city hosts Europe's largest Halloween festival.
