Season 2 Plot
There is a rumor in Kamome Academy that somewhere within the school premises lies a clock that governs the passage of time in the academy. That clock is overseen by three clock keepers—each representing the past, present, and future. Despite this, an unforeseen event causes mayhem, with students rapidly aging and the academy's infrastructure falling apart. Nene Yashiro and Kou Minamoto seek help from Hanako-kun, embarking on a new adventure to find those responsible for this mess. However, what they uncover is more than just the culprits' identity. As hidden truths are revealed and new vows are established, the academy students and its apparitions find themselves in a game of fate, where the living fight to free themselves from its grasp.

Season 2 Episodes
1. Hanako-kun of the Bathroom
Sudden, rapid aging wreaks havoc in Nene's and Kou's school lives. Hanako identifies the culprit as a fellow Wonder: the three Clock Keepers, rumored to control time at Kamome Academy. The trio set out to punish the offending apparition, but they'll have to find them first.
2. The Three Clock Keepers
One of the Clock Keepers stands revealed... as Nene's classmate Aoi Akane. Hanako proposes they work together to set things right, but past experiences have left Akane with little trust for apparitions.
3. Lost and Found
Nene doesn't have long to live. While Kou struggles with the revelation, Nene goes about her day none the wiser. Only she can't seem to find Hanako.
4. Summer Lights
Nene tries to lift Kou's spirits by inviting him to a summer festival, but Hanako has other ideas.
5. Mokke of the Dead / The Melancholy of the New Number Three
A mokke escapes containment. Its bite brings disaster. Now they hunger... for candy.
6. Make Believe
Nene gets to school only to find Hanako sitting in her class. Why are her friends acting like he belongs?
7. Make Sense
Faced with an impossible school life, Nene and Kou enter a mysterious tower to seek the truth within.

Shijima told Nene to kill Amane. Tsukasa told Nene to kill Amane. Amane took Nene stargazing.

Nene drags Amane out of school and away from Shijima, but escaping a Wonder is easier said than done.

Nene and Kou retrace Mitsuba's footsteps, looking for a way back to the Boundary.
20. The Red House
Nene and Kou may have found the clue they're looking for in a cursed house. But can they leave with it alive?
21. The Curse
While Teru hunts for clues at a local shrine, Nene scrambles to escape an eerily familiar cave.
22. Tsukasa and Amane
Kou believes they can make everything right by rescuing four-year-old Tsukasa from the Red House.
23. One-way Train to the Far Shore
While Nene and friends prepare to enter the Boundary, their friends on the other side run into trouble.
24. Wishes
Nene and Kou scramble to save Hanako from Teru's wrath while the Boundary collapses around them.
