Season 3 Plot
Set in a blue-collar community where the high stress of working in a refinery is balanced by the comedic high-wire antics of its plant workers, The Trades centres around Todd, a pipefitter, and his sister and roommate, Audrey, who follows in her big brother's footsteps pursuing a career in the trades as a carpenter, just like their father Rod.

1. The Layoff
After a great weekend, Todd lands at work to learn that he must lay off one of his crew. Dewey blackmails Audrey and Backwoods.
2. Take Your Nepo Boss to Work Day
Jenn Conch is back, ready to “learn the trades” but quickly injures herself, creating chaos for Steph and Audrey. Todd has a hot date.
3. Heat Day
During a heat wave, several crew members get trapped in a trailer. Chelsea throws a pool party and Homer spirals, needing his sponsor.
4. Hardhat Hotties
Jenn forces a “Hardhat Hottie” photo shoot. Audrey and Tanner blow up the whale shark. Todd tries to lose weight.
