An old grief is reawakened when Pernille's ex-husband's son is hospitalised with suspected meningitis; Jerry puts a patient's life in danger; Linda is faced with difficult choices.

Amanda is confronted with life as a doctor as Sam is brought in with a gunshot wound; Benjamin is discharged, but Lasse is worried; Charlotte makes progress with Feliks.
