There are only the manager, security guard, two customer service officers and a temp who is there just to do ad hoc work such as bringing out the trash. The manager, Zhang Xiao Jian, has a lot of ideas but never uses them in the right place. He always tries to shrug off his responsibilities when things go wrong and he is stingy.
