The New Adventures of China Smith (1954)

In this syndicated series China Smith is an adventurer based in 1950's Singapore. He takes on an array jobs to earn money, from fleecing the deserving to doing investigative work. Hobson is the local lawmen while Shira the mysterious temptress.
