Jordan Erica Webber unboxes the brand new Microsoft Xbox One X and gives her first impressions of one of the headline-grabbing launch titles. The team also gives its first impressions of Sony's brand new Playlink system, which is designed for social gaming. Plus, Jon examines research suggesting that gaming can increase reaction times, improve hand-eye coordination and help team-working skills.

The G Team attempts to match personal trainer and model Em Furey with the perfect gadget for her job. Plus, Georgie Barrat and Ortis Deley use the power of tech to try to make better cocktails than an award-winning drinks mover and shaker.

Presenters Craig Charles, Jon Bentley, Ortis Deley and Georgie Barrat take a road trip from Birmingham to Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. Along the way, Georgie demonstrates retro-game sensation the SuperBoy S, Jon tries out the board game Beasts of Balance, while Ortis thinks a smart ukulele is the way to keep Craig amused. Then, to drown out the drone of the motorway, they try and impress the Red Dwarf star with some state-of-the-art noise-cancelling headphones. Virtual reality giants Oculus Rift give the team exclusive access to products not yet on the market, including a brand new VR platform designed to help film makers. The Fitbit smart watch goes up against the Apple Watch S3 in a test to see which has the best fitness tracking features, and the G Team help a student who wants to use tech to throw the perfect house party.

Jon Bentley looks into the multitude of navigation apps on the market. Georgie Barrat is in San Francisco, going behind the scenes of a company that makes what is likely to be one of the most popular toys this Christmas, the Anki Cozmo.
