Chet heads to Bay Area Houston to visit NASA, eat a hoagie and fried shrimp, go birding on Armand Bayou and visit the Kemah Boardwalk.
2. Stephenville, TX
Chet heads to the “Cowboy Capital of the World”, visits Dublin Bottling Works, sees some barrel racing at Lone Star Arena and polishes it off with chicken fried steak.
3. La Grange, TX
Chet goes on the "best little day trip in Texas" to paddle the Colorado River, explore Texas Czech culture, eat at a 100 year old BBQ joint, and enjoy some kolaches from Hruska's.
4. Denton, TX
Chet races to the Texas Motor Speedway, explores Denton's historic square and independent music culture, and eats a "Hell" Burger that is appropriately named.
5. Dripping Springs, TX
Chet heads to the “Gateway to the Hill Country” to visit one of the most stunning swimming holes in the world, tour a pristine grotto protected from human hands and do some rock climbing at a once private ranch turned public outdoor playground.
6. Van Horn, TX
Chet heads west to visit Guadalupe Mountains National Park and climbs Guadalupe Peak, the tallest peak in Texas. He also explores the history and Mexican food of this west Texas town.
7. Corpus Christi, TX
Chet heads to the Texas coast to tour an aircraft carrier, walk aboard Columbus's ships, and learn about Texas's one-of-a-kind surfing culture, including Chet's own attempt at kite surfing.
8. Nacogdoches, TX
Chet heads to "Nac" the oldest town in Texas. He explores history and eats great food.
9. San Antonio, TX
Chet heads to one of Texas's largest cities to explore its amazing missions not called "The Alamo" and to explore the artistic and German area known as Southtown.
10. Fort Davis, TX
Chet heads to West Texas to visit the Davis Mountains and explore the U.S. Fort that helped settle this vast desert. Chet visits a broom-maker, a rattlesnake museum, and gets a one-of-a-kind view of the stars at the McDonald Observatory.
11. Kingsland, TX
Chet heads to the Hill Country to pick grapes at a winery, go swimming and boating on a scenic lake, and enjoy Italian food on a hillside below a big Texas sunset.
12. Amarillo, TX
Chet heads to the Texas panhandle to visit the historic stockyards, see a cattle auction, view a ranch made for Cadillacs, and attempt to eat the legendary “free” 72oz steak.
13. Georgetown, TX
Chet explores Williamson County, including its historic square and the “oldest University in Texas.” He also walks on a high wire, dives in a swimming hole, and eats modern Mexican at a local establishment.
