It's a new year at Lots Road and general manager William has vowed to get tough on time-keeping, while notoriously no-nonsense boss Roger Ross has resolved to be nicer to his (sceptical) employees.

Lots Road general manager William organises a dating night, where Chelsea's singletons can find love while browsing the lots.

Roger Ross decides to take sometime off, leaving William Shuttleworth in charge/ William knows that he needs to impress if he's to keep his job and plans a themed sale celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo.

Lots Road hosts a garden sale on a scale to match its wealthy clients' gardens, with gazebos, fountains, model sheep and statues including a bronze elephant.
