They also meet Anne and Nemo again, and Roy ends up getting his first battle with Nemo in quite a while......?!

Liko and the others begin their battle training against all kinds of different Pokémon in the Terarium Dome in order to get stronger... However, Uruto soon goes missing...?! Meanwhile, Roy receives training from Kakitsubata from the Bluebereague Elite Four! Kakitsubata's motto is "keep it chill", and his training is a bit out of the ordinary...?!

Taro tells Uruto that his training is going to involve studying Pokémon...?! Uruto is reluctant to do this, so Taro proposes a battle with the condition that he'll do as she says if he loses! Uruto takes on Taro's Doryuzu with extreme confidence, but... ends up struggling badly. And when Taro starts giving him Pokémon pop quizes during the battle, he gets even more bewildered...?!

Anne invites Liko along for "Metamon Block Hunting", during which she ends up doing some battle training against Anne's Daikenki. When Liko notices that Tebrim doesn't seem to be doing what it actually desires to do out of consideration for Masquernya and Carbou, she gently tells it that it can do what it wants to. However, Anne seems to have her own thoughts on this?

Briar gathers Liko and the others to tell them about Terapagos' secrets and her theory for how the Rakulium can be purified. After hearing what she has to say, Roy wants to leave Blueberry Academy immediately. Seeing this, Kakitsubata suggests they have a Pokémon battle first, and while Roy is initially hesistant, Liko and the others successfully encourage him to engage in this rematch...!

Dot and Botan make their way into the Exceed Museum in order to obtain data on the Rakulium! They get past the heavy security and everything seems to be going well... until Collecurei goes missing?! Not only that, but they then get spotted by Rubella and Indi! Things get even worse when Agate shows up as well... Will the duo manage to safely escape Exceed Museum?!

Friede is finally coming back! Liko and the others head to the scheduled landing point to meet up with his ship as it returns from space. However, the spaceship malfunctions and is going to crash into the ground due to the parachute not opening... Things are looking really bad as a desperate Friede rescue operation is put into motion!

Friede has returned from his investigation in space, and tells the group about his encounter with Instructor Starmie and the new information he gathered on the Rakulium. Roy then ends up having a battle against him... but if Roy loses, the Rising Volt Tacklers will be disbanded?! Roy and Laudbon take on Friede and Lizardon, whom they've always looked up to! Will Roy be able to surpass Friede?!

The Rising Volt Tacklers are waiting on the airship for Liko's grandmother Diana to arrive when they suddenly realize Murdock and the others have disappeared. Liko, Roy, Dot and Uruto start looking for clues... but what they find is a group of adults closing in on them while dancing an uncanny dance and chanting "Kibikibi"?! They try to escape, but then start disappearing themselves, one by one... There is "something" on the ship...

Having realized that the Six Heroes are being held captive at Explorers Headquarters, Liko and the others launch a rescue operation together with Amethio. The operation is proceeding smoothly as they make their way into the headquarters, but they then suddenly find Rubella and Indi standing in their way! Liko's Carbou and Amethio's Soublades take them on; Will they be able to overcome this challenge by working together?!

Liko and the others had finally reached the Six Heroes... however, they end up separated due to Spinel's schemes and now have to face the Six Heroes in one-on-one battles as the Super Strong Spheres make them run wild?! Despite the deep trouble they now find themselves in, they fight their opponents with the power they've gained during their training! Everything to get back the Six Heroes!!

Liko and the others visit Orange Academy in order to prevent the Strong Spheres from getting rolled out. However, while they manage to ban their usage at the academy thanks to Principal Clavel stepping in, their fellow former Terastal trainee Bok remains unconvinced and challenges Liko to a battle. If she loses, the ban will be lifted?!

Liko and the others resolve to get even stronger for the sake of eradicating the Rakulium. And not only does Nemo and the others end up helping them with their battle training, so does Hassaku from the Paldea Elite Four.

Dot has decided to leave the position as one of the 18 Teras Type Trainers in favor of a support role, but Welkamo is still doing battle training with all its might without her. When Nanjamo sees this, she points out to Dot that she and her Pokémon are no longer on the same page and challenges her to a battle! During this battle, Dot ends up being completely overwhelmed by Nanjamo and Harabarie, but when she sees Welkamo's refusal to give up...?

Roy and the others visit the Dragon Shrine to meet with the Black Rayquaza. After Roy manages to get through to it, Pagogo helps it Dragon Terastallize! A battle for the purpose of testing Roy and Uruto's strength then begins; And this time, it's for the sake of becoming its true Partner... The Time Has Come for the Showdown with the Black Rayquaza?!
