Detective Sergeant Phello chases a case that refuses to stay buried, but the deeper she digs, the more tangled her world becomes. Naledi and Kenneth’s anniversary should be a celebration, but secrets linger beneath the surface.

Mmusi and Naledi fly too close to the sun and Mmusi gets burnt. Detective Sergeant Phello receives a call that brings her back to the case. MJ meets his match, a foe with the potential of being a friend. Quincy and Jones receive a rude awakening from Mme Mathapelo and Kenneth.

Phello’s Sunday takes a sharp turn when a critical lead in her case points to an unexpected name. Naledi walks a tightrope between her marriage and a forbidden love. As E Moholo's sermon touches on love, Jobe forces his family into uneasy alliances, and Quincy and Jones' graveyard mission threatens to awaken more than just the dead.

Rakgadi wa Friestata shows up unannounced, saying she had a dream about Mmusi but ends up questioning Phello and Mmusi about having kids. Phello has a long day at work when she is suddenly removed from her case and made to chase a serial rapist. When she comes face to face with him, she is reminded of a childhood trauma she had long buried. Has Kenneth confessed to the wrong person?

The risky love affair between Mmusi and a pregnant Naledi teeters on danger when Kenneth is drawn to their web of deceit. Meanwhile, Jobe is excited to receive the news about Rofhi's plans, while Jones is thrown when his crush unexpectedly responds to his advances.

A fatal confrontation between Mmusi and Kenneth ends in the macabre death of the undertaker. Naledi's missing ring seems to be the piece of evidence that will tie her to the scene of a crime. Meanwhile, Phello faces resistance from her Captain, who is convinced that she is too close to take on the case. While Mmusi finds a way to exonerate himself and his lover from a charge of murder, the two Tumagole siblings struggle with their emotions when they are forced to come face-to-face with the death of their beloved brother.

Phello’s instincts flare as a clean arrest feels too perfect, pointing to a hidden hand. Naledi wrestles with guilt and family duty after Kenneth’s death. Quincy and Jones pay tribute to Kenneth.

Naledi goes from being the queen of the Tumagole household as they prepare for the funeral, to hearing news that might just destroy her world. Meanwhile, Pheello doesn't know that she might have led the social media rapist to his next unsuspecting victim.

Detective Phello's investigation into the Mafellong break-in bears no fruit but gives her a clearer light on what could have happened. Naledi and Mmusi's guilt deepens, forcing them to overcompensate. The Tumagole brothers have a hard time mourning their brother's death.

As Kenneth is laid to rest, Naledi faces blame from Mme Mathapelo, the brothers try to make peace bringing in lightness, while a silent predator quietly targets Phello and Rofhiwa.

Phello continues to haunt a frustrated Jobe as she tries to get to the bottom of who could have killed Kenneth. Naledi blows a fuse when Jobe wants to ensnare her in his dirty dealings. A beautiful supper is ruined when the serial rapist returns to familiar grounds. While Quincy and Jones come up with a plan to make MoGhele jealous, Rofhiwa burns her bridges with MJ.

Phello hits a brick wall in her investigations, but what she doesn't know is that one of her enemies is bringing the fight to her home. Meanwhile, at the Sithole household, Jobe thinks Zinzi has post-natal depression while Rofhiwa gets lured by the Social Media Rapist. Jones is frustrated because he doesn't know where he stands with MoGhele.

When Jobe tries to be a good neighbour, he's not aware that he's putting himself on Phello's radar. When Jones fears that MoGhele might be hurt, he ends up confessing something to her. Meanwhile, Rofhiwa puts herself in harm's way, and MJ can't even warn her.

Phello tries to shake down Jobe to find out about his illicit dealings while she has him in custody. Rofhiwa is whisked away to her interview in a luxury car, but little does she know that it is a trap. The Tumagoles try to regain control of Mafellong funeral parlour from Naledi. Quincy and Jones plan to get serious about their lives.

Rofhiwa’s trapped by a vengeful predator and Jobe storms the police station and confronts MJ, all in a desperate search for his daughter. MJ reveals Rofhiwa left in a Ryde VIP for a promising job opportunity.

Rofhiwa's kidnapping by the Social Media Rapist holds the cul-de-sac agog. Pheello makes it clear that it's the work of the Rhino and he wants to beat Jobe into submission. Zinzi is surprised when Tshilidzi shows up at the Sithole house. Naledi struggles with guilt and contemplates confessing, just as she makes a surprising discovery about her baby.

The Social Media Rapist makes up his mind about Rofhiwa. Pheello rules out her previous suspect for Rofhiwa's kidnapping as new evidence comes to light. Naledi is torn between making a run for it and telling Mmusi the truth.

Naledi chickens out of telling Mmusi the truth and decides to get rid of Kenneth's ashes instead. This almost ends in disaster when Mme Mathapelo almost busts her. After being confronted by Jobe, Pheello is determined to save Rofhiwa. When an opportunity presents itself, Rofhiwa tries to escape.

Rofhiwa's escape is short-lived and when the Social Media Rapist reaches out to Pheello, she ends up defying the Detective Captain, putting her own life at risk. Naledi makes an absolute mess of getting rid of Kenneth's ashes. Moghele kisses her man.

Pheello has to come up with a quick plan to get out of The Social Media Rapist's sharp claws. Naledi decides that her child is going to be a Tumagole. Moghele plays dumb when Quincy asks her about the kiss

As Rofhiwa battles silent trauma, Pheello’s buried past finds its way to the surface and the truth refuses to stay hidden forever.

Rofhiwa spirals out of control. Pheello snaps at the one person she should snap at. Naledi sees a sign, and it's coming from the grave.

Jobe is intent on avenging the hurt that his daughter suffered. Pheello and Mmusi's marriage seems to be on the brink and matters escalate when Pheello nearly strangles Mmusi to death. Rofhiwa accidentally hurts herself and enjoys the pain, while Quincy is stung when Tshenolo turns him down.

Mmusi prays for peace in his marriage, but it is very short lived. The Social Media Rapist walks free, only to be abducted by Jobe. With a gun in her hand, Rofhiwa cannot kill the rapist herself, and she is traumatized when Jobe does it for her.

The killer’s gone, but the damage is done. Rofhiwa is not healing. Pheello’s not backing down. And Jobe’s victory may cost him everything.

Mmusi and Pheello finally make amends in their marriage, but Pheello receives devastating news from her gynaecologist. Rofhiwa seems to have miraculously healed. Naledi entangles Tshenolo in a web of lies and secrecy about the ashes. Jones seems to be doing everything right as she impresses Tshenolo, while Quincy is left frustrated with the CPF.

Pheello and Mmusi make shocking discoveries, Rofhiwa manipulates Zinzi into leaving her be and Jones suddenly finds himself in debt, while Naledi realises she's one step from being exposed.

Jones struggles to get a loan to pay his fees. Pheello interviews a few suspects and one of the suspects points towards Jobe. Zinzi cannot keep Rofhi's secret anymore.

Pheello receives the fingerprint results, and she cannot believe who they belong to. Naledi gets a chilling visit from Jobe while Jones receives an anonymous sponsor for his course.

A shocking revelation rocks Pheello’s investigation. Rofhiwa struggles to keep her head above water, and Naledi fears the ghosts of her past are catching up.

Pheello finds charm in Mmusi's new sport, not knowing that he is setting up an elaborate trap for an enemy from her past. Jobe is soon confronted by damning allegations from Pheello. Rofhiwa meanwhile, grows increasingly paranoid, while a disaster at Mafellong convinces Mme Mathapelo that a defiant Naledi must quit.

Mmusi and Pheello both get closer to a breakthrough in their respective missions while the Tumagoles scramble for a solution to a problem that threatens to destroy their business.

Pheello plays Jobe and Demethi by circumventing their plans to get hold of the evidence from the Social Media Rapist murder case. Njetimane suffers for being the snitch. Rofhiwa wants professional help for her trauma, but Jobe decides otherwise. Tshenolo wants to throw a surprise birthday party for Jones.

When Pheello is about to arrest Rofhiwa, Jobe steps in and takes the fall for her. Mmusi makes progress in his investigation, and he doesn't like the outcome. Meanwhile, Moghele is busted by Jones when she tries to catfish him.

A jailed Jobe makes an incriminating confession about his role in the murder of the SMR. Zinzi believes that he is trying to cover up for somebody else. Pheello finds Mmusi's behaviour strange when he begins avoiding his golf instructor. Naledi is shocked to learn the truth about the role Quincy played in the body mix-up of the Grootbooms.

Naledi confronts Quincy about the Grootboom body mix-up, Mmusi explodes at Meneer Phiri, and Njetimane risks everything to steal Mafellong’s security code for Pheello

Pheello puts a plan in motion to secure the Mafellong files. Meanwhile, Rofhiwa and Zinzi's relationship reaches a breakthrough, whilst Jones fishes around about a suspicious employee.

Naledi almost has a heart attack when Kenneth's Uncle arrives, and he wants to speak to Kenneth's ashes. While trying to steal some documents for Pheello, Njetimane is trapped at Mafellong when Quincy arrives unannounced. After the Purple Sunday church service, Moghele agrees to go on a date with Jones.

Pheello receives a request from Jobe, and she is made to know that she can't refuse it. Rofhiwa has had it with Zinzi, and Kenneth's Uncle is determined to open the urn while Naledi is caught with Mmusi in a compromising position.

A family secret threatens to unravel, a party masks heartbreak, and Pheello faces a dangerous ultimatum as Pimville’s shadows grow longer.

Jobe is out, twisting the truth. Naledi’s cement-filled urn hides a dangerous secret, while Pheello's career hangs by a thread.

Pheello is surprised when she learns that she is not being fired, but she is still caught between the dark, deep blue sea and a rock. Naledi panics to Mmusi that they are flying too close to the sun. Rofhiwa does not get the reaction she was hoping for when she disowns her father. Love blossoms between Jones and Moghele.

Pheello is faced with a nightmare when it dawns on her that she has been given a partner. Her woes only get worse when Zinzi humiliates her. What are Jobe and Demethi up to? Naledi's suspicion of sabotage points to a familiar place. Rofhiwa struggles to accept Jobe's callous attit ude towards her pain, while Moghele and Jones share their first night.

Naledi and Mmusi realise that their noose is tightening when Jobe sends them a picture, then invites them over to his office for a short video over a drink.

Rofhiwa pushes back from Jobe's demands, Pheello tries to fix things, and everything falls apart.

Pheello and Detective Kevin Kruger are tasked with uncovering and taking down the criminal activity happening in Mafellong, but their inside man is compromised. Rofhiwa is disgruntled by her father's negligence and her mother's insistence that she goes along with Jobe's plans for her mbeleko. Jones apologizes to Moghele for not agreeing to a physical relationship with her just yet.

Naledi finds herself in hot water when she embarks on a dangerous mission for Jobe. Mmusi tries to rekindle his relationship with Pheello after a meeting with his new boss.

The day for the Mafellong's raid has finally come. Tensions brew in the Tumagole household, Rofhiwa and Jobe butt heads regarding her mbeleko, further igniting Zinzi's envy. Meanwhile, Richie tries to set up MJ.

Pheello finds out that Naledi was pre-warned about the raid, so she plants a tracking device in her bag. Sen’D overtly flirts with MJ and asks to sleep with him. Rofhiwa rejects Jobe's gift of a new car.

Naledi’s luck runs thin, Rofhiwa reaches her breaking point and pushes Jobe past his limits. Mmusi finds himself between the devil and the red sea.

Pheello's personal life and case teeter on the edge, whilst Naledi makes a difficult choice. MJ finally gets a breakthrough, but his joy is short lived.

Demethi finds out from Tinyiko that there's a phone with incriminating evidence. Pheello and Kevin arrive at Njetimane's house and find it ransacked. Tshenolo discovers Naledi's stash of money. At a roadblock, Pheello forces Jobe to open his boot.

Pheello arrests Jobe for driving around with counterfeit money. Moghele and Richie try to show support for MJ, whom they think is gay, and it goes horribly wrong. Njetimane is chased by Demethi.

Njetimane is captured, while Pheello races against time. MJ crumbles under an intervention. Zinzi defies Jobe’s plans, and Naledi’s missing money sparks panic.

Mmusi rejects a getaway and MJ reveals a secret. Zinzi’s plans are sidelined, Naledi’s escape sparks a counterplot, and Pheello uncovers a chilling R10-note pattern.

Pheello's partnership with Kevin Kruger spills into the Mohapi home. At the Sitholes, tensions flare as tradition clashes with modernity. And Sen’D demands proof from MJ.
