Nr. 13 - Season 1 (1998)

It is with a heavy heart Mr and Mrs Skau tells the other residents that they intend to sell their dry cleaning company. The residents responds with shock and despair, wondering how life in the courtyard will become now. Especially Roger, and the situation does not get any better when his son Tobias comes on a weekend visit and tells that Roger's ex-wife will remarry.
