Rithik follows a woman in his dream and the woman turns into a snake and bites him. His mother is informed that only Rithik's marriage can save him from the impending danger.

Rithik's engagement at the Haveli faces unexpected obstacles. Meanwhile, the Naagins, Sesha and Shivanya, are finally free to take any form after 20 years.

Sesha reaches the mansion disguised as a dancer and mixes poison in the drinks but no one is harmed. Yamini finds Sesha turning into a snake.

Tanvi and Hrithik's engagement is underway when Shivanya re-enters Hrithik's house with the help of Sesha. She intends to avenge her parent's death.

Shivanya confronts Viren's advances at the Raheja house. Ritwik rescues her from Viren's blackmail, leading to a blossoming romance between Shivanya and Ritwik.

Ankush and Yamini find a shocking poster and hide it. Hrithik claims he's marrying Tanvi for her happiness but Yamini reveals the truth about his horoscope.

Shivanya's bite thwarts Tanvi's wedding. Yamini's stunned reaction to Shivanya as the bride ignites Shivanya's revenge, forcing Yamini to accept her marriage to Rithik.

Shivanya takes the form of an astrologer named Ramya and warns the killers. Later, Sesha takes the form of Monisha and tricks Sailesh into seducing the real Monisha.

Rithik reveals his love for Shivanya, but Tanvi questions her. Guruma uses magic against Sesha, who plots Suri's death in the temple.

Suri's shock: Shivanya's at the temple! Guruma orders a 'Mahakali Puja' to expel the 'naagin', forcing Shivanya and Rithik to participate.

Shivanya saves Ritik from the poison given by Sesha. Later, Sesha prays for a storm which endangers Ankush's and his family's life.

Kali Ma possesses a young girl and kills Sesha. Later, Shivanya uses the idol of Lord Shiva and pleads to Kali Ma to give back the lives she has taken.

Shivanya persuades Goddess Kali to side with the innocent snakes. Shivanya and Ritik go to the old Haveli; Sesha disrupts Guruma's prayers and bites her.

Shivanya and Ritik face strange happenings at the old mansion. Guruma traps Sesha in the cave. Back home, Yamini and Ankush confront them.

Guruma traps Sesha. Shivanya, bitten by a snake, begs Rithik to take her to Gurumaa. While Rithik and Gurumaa seek herbs, Shivanya rescues Sesha from the cave.

Shivanya's secret visit to the Naagin temple is discovered by Yamini. Shesha steps in to save the day by switching lockets. Meanwhile, Kabir arrives at Ankush's to see Thanvi.

Sesha, disguised as Ankur, steals Sailesh's ring at the Kya Kool Hain Hum-3 premiere. She lures him to Shiv Mandir, setting the stage for a deadly plot with Shivanya.

Tanvi sees Shivanya and Shesha transforming into serpents. Kabir transforms into a big Mongoose in front of Tanvi and kills her. The fake Kabir kills the real Kabir.

Rithik tells Shivanya that he saw a dream about a diamond. Shivanya takes Kabir's watch to Guruji. A masked man comes and kills Suri's wife.

Monisha is shot by a stranger. Shesha suspects Rithvik, but the truth is revealed - Ankush is the killer. Nagapanchami rituals unfold in Ankush's house.

Shivanya, poisoned by a dagger, fights for survival as Gurudev attempts a cure. Sesha, her transformed clone, discovers a mark on Ritik that echoes a legend in the book "Naagmani."

Sangram Singh reads an ancient book and learns that Mahishmati race is on its way to destroy the human race. Meanwhile when Mayuri captures Shesha, she gets killed by Shivanya.

Yamini's treachery is exposed when Ritik (Shesha) attacks Sangram. Shivanya, as Sangram, confronts Yamini, demanding the fifth killer's name. Yamini retaliates with accusations.

Shivanya, while shopping, is abducted by Aghoris and tortured in a fiery ordeal. She loses her Mangalsutra, while Sesha's love for Ritik deepens.

Sesha joins Shivanya's fight against the Aghoris, but gets trapped. Ritik arrives with the police, saving them and the other serpents.

Yamini manipulates Ankush to get a Naagin killed. Her tears and cunning scheme turn Shivanya against Ankush. Will they see through her deceit?
