Season 1 Plot
There are two groups, both consisting of five teams. Once the first group of five teams has served their dishes, and received a score, the next group of five teams then does the same. In the end, the team with the highest score from either group, will compete in the finals.

Tonight on My Kitchen Rules, we travel to South Australia to witness flatmates Paul Wood and Melissa Heilmann’s finesse in the kitchen. Will they live up to their own impeccably high standards, or will the pressure prove too much?

Deb and Ben from New South Wales compete in round 2 - Group 2's instant restaurant.

Veronica and Shadi from Queensland compete in round 2 - Group 2's instant restaurant.
