Frankie and Lewis are confronted with a shocking twist of fate as they move into their new family home. As Tess and Caroline grapple with their relocation to Sydney, Julia and Charlie finally find their dream home.

An invigorated Tom arrives back in Sydney and swiftly finds himself a new job and a new flirtation. Lewis and Frankie are at odds following a clash of career convictions. Frankie embarks on a secret search for her father.

Julia is confounded by a surprise run-in with her estranged sister Simone. Frankie is overwhelmed by the challenges of her new job and horrified at the extent of Lewis' debts. Gerry makes a surprise announcement.

Lewis comes up with a creative solution to lower his debts. Charlie and Julia's strained dinner with Simone takes an eventful turn when Tom arrives with a surprise.

Dylan takes a walk on the wild side as he explores his newfound freedom. Meanwhile Tess and Lewis find a new bond as they search for their missing son. Tom's flirtation with Billie develops, but they're unsure what they want.

Frankie and Lewis' marriage reaches crisis point when Frankie loses her licence. Dylan dabbles with internet dating sites, while Tom frustrates Billie and his family with his irreverent personal and social antics.

Now living with Di, Frankie plunges back into her art as she deals with her separation. Lewis has a dangerous relapse. Simone and Julia have a wild night out. Tom has an epiphany after a near miss.

Following a drinking binge with some friends, Dylan lands in hospital with his stomach pumped. Frankie, unable to get in touch with Lewis or Tess, goes to collect Dylan herself.
