They begin with first-time buyer Lucy Cox, currently renting a house in London with boyfriend Graeme, but keen to move out of the city to her home town of Stourbridge in the Black Country
2. Natasha & Darren, Somerset
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help a co-pilot, his wife and their baby move from Cardiff to Somerset to be closer to Bristol Airport. However, the family soon discover property prices in the West Country are a lot higher than those in Wales, so finding a similarly sized home won't be easy
3. Jo & Simon, Thames Valley
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help Simon and Jo Miles search for a character property in the Thames Valley, but it is no easy task as the couple in question have already looked at 40 houses in the area, despite having £500,000 to spend

The experts help Southampton resident Jo Johnson, who wants to swap her flat in a busy part of town for a peaceful property with a large garden. Working on a budget of only £150,000, this is not an easy task, but Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are on hand with five houses that might fit the bill

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer meet Georgie Allen and Graeme Laslett, who live in the centre of Sheffield and want to move to somewhere bigger and quieter within easy reach of the city.
