Ramesh reminds Karna of their deal. Mahalakshmi reunites with her childhood friend Shanthi. Later, Nayanatara fumes as Karna chooses to operate on an auto driver’s wife over a wealthy man's daughter.
3. Nithya Voices Her Wish to Marry Tejas
During an operation, Karna guides Karthik via video call. Nidhi beams as Karna thanks her. Later, Nithya informs Shanthi about her wish to marry Tejas, while Mahalakshmi asks Karna for a promise.
4. Nithya Argues with Karna
Tejas wins hearts at Nithya’s house with his charm. Later, Nithya argues with Karna when he refuses to help her friend with an abortion. At Mahalakshmi’s request, Karna visits Nidhi’s home.
5. Karna Defies the Doctors on Strike
Karna's kindness surprises Nithya. After a doctor is hit, Nayanatara sparks a doctors' strike, but Karna defies all to operate on a patient with Nidhi's help, only to face a tragic, lifeless newborn.
6. Nidhi's Love Confession Shocks Karna
Karna expresses his gratitude to Nidhi for saving the baby, praising her in front of the other doctors. As he offers to drop her home, she stuns him by confessing her love in the middle of the street.
7. Nayanatara Expels Nidhi from the College
Nidhi speaks against Sanjay, questioning the undue leeway he’s given. In retaliation, Sanjay stirs trouble for her by jeopardising a patient’s life, leading Nayanatara to expel Nidhi from the college.
