Inspired by Spain's spectacular seafood, tantalising tapas and resplendent rice dishes, Jamie cooks a pork chop with peppers and aioli, and surf-and-turf skewers of prawns, mushrooms and local ham.

Inspired by Marseille's mouthwatering seafood and Provence's flavoursome fare, Jamie cooks steak and chips with a Marseille-style twist and a courgette, goat's cheese and olive tapenade tart.
