For three years, we follow influencer Bianca Ingrosso as she and her closest colleagues put all their time and energy into building her business and make-up brand.

1. When everything changes
In 2020, a private equity firm buys just over half of Bianca Ingrosso's make-up brand Caia Cosmetics. The balance between passion and business will change dramatically in the company.
2. Always perform at 100%
Publishing the Christmas calendar is important to Caia, and the team sets off to Åre to create a big campaign. Bianca struggles with personal difficulties and finds it hard to let go of her need for control.
3. Ready to move up a gear
Caia is growing at a rapid pace. Campaigns are running and Bianca grows more successful, but they need to be able to scale up now that they are expanding abroad. The pressure is starting to take its toll on the partners.
4. On top of everything
The new office makes Bianca proud and Vanessa achieves something big. The important Christmas calendar is released and Caia is nominated for a prestigious award. But not everything is wonderful.
5. Keep moving forward
The many setbacks affect Bianca at a deeper level than she could have imagined. She must use her drive to turn things around and keep moving forward.
