Season 1 Plot
The first season of High Stakes Poker was filmed at the Golden Nugget and aired in 2006. Watch your favorite players such as Daniel Negreanu, Barry Greenstein, Eli Elezra, Sammy Farha, Jerry Buss, Doyle Brunson, Freddy Deeb, Antonio Esfandiari, Jennifer Harman, and Phil Hellmuth battle it out in a high stakes cash game where the minimum buy-in is $100,000.

1. Episode 1
The first episode of High Stakes Poker features Daniel Negreanu and a $1,000,000 buy-in! Doyle Brunson, Jennifer Harman, Barry Greenstein, Ted Forrest, Daniel Alaei, Dr. Amir Nasseri, and Jerry Buss join "Kid Poker" for a $300/$600 No-Limit Hold'em cash game.
2. Episode 2
High Stakes Poker action continues and Barry Greenstein starts to get involved! Daniel Negreanu, Doyle Brunson, and Ted Forrest join Greenstein for another High Stakes Poker cash game.
3. Episode 3
New players and new blood leads to big pots. Sammy Farha, Eli Elezra, Shawn Sheikhan, and Todd Brunson join Daniel Negreanu, Doyle Brunson, Jennifer Harman, and Barry Greenstein for another High Stakes Poker cash game.
4. Episode 4
Nothing goes right for Daniel Negreanu, and it's all fun and games until Sammy Farha shows up. Eli Elezra, Jerry Buss, Shawn Sheikhan, Todd Brunson, Barry Greenstein, and Jennifer Harman round out another High Stakes Poker cash game.
5. Episode 5
Big pairs lead to one of the biggest coolers in history as Los Angeles Lakers owner Jerry Buss finds a win. High Stakes Poker continues with Daniel Negreanu, Barry Greenstein, Todd Brunson, Jennifer Harman, Eli Elezra, Shawn Sheikhan, and Sammy Farha.
6. Episode 6
A new lineup takes their seats, but old foes can't stay out of each other's way. Freddy Deeb, Fred Chamanara, and Johnny Chan join Daniel Negreanu, Eli Elezra, Sammy Farha, Dr. Amir Nasseri, and Doyle Brunson for another High Stakes Poker cash game.
7. Episode 7
Daniel Negreanu digs himself a bigger hole and Doyle Brunson plays pocket aces to perfection. "Kid Poker" and "The Godfather" are joined by Johnny Chan, Eli Elezra, Fred Chamanara, Freddy Deeb, Dr. Amir Nasseri, and Sammy Farha on High Stakes Poker.
8. Episode 8
Mimi Tran and Bob Stupak make their debut on High Stakes Poker as Daniel Negreanu looks to mount a comeback. Todd Brunson also joins the game that already has Sammy Farha, Johnny Chan, Dr. Amir Nasseri, and Freddy Deeb in action.
9. Episode 9
Tensions start to boil over after one player gets accused of "going south." Freddy Deeb, Sammy Farha, Todd Brunson, Mimi Tran, Bob Stupak, Shawn Sheikhan, and Johnny Chan join Daniel Negreanu for another High Stakes Poker cash game.
10. Episode 10
New faces, same cracked aces. Antonio Esfandiari and Phil Hellmuth make their High Stakes Poker debut alongside Daniel Negreanu, Eli Elezra, Barry Greenstein, Shawn Sheikhan, Freddy Deeb, and Doyle Brunson.
11. Episode 11
"The Poker Brat" blows up and "Kid Poker" starts his comeback. Phil Hellmuth and Daniel Negreanu join Barry Greenstein, Eli Elezra, Shawn Sheikhan, Antonio Esfandiari, Freddy Deeb, and Doyle Brunson on High Stakes Poker.
12. Episode 12
Jennifer Harman jumps in the action along with Todd Brunson, Jerry Buss, and Johnny Chan, as Antonio Esfandiari, Barry Greenstein, Phil Hellmuth, Freddy Deeb, and Daniel Negreanu continue to battle on High Stakes Poker.
13. Episode 13
Phil Hellmuth isn't going to be pushed around and Daniel Negreanu isn't leaving until he's even. "The Poker Brat" and "Kid Poker" join Antonio Esfandiari, Jennifer Harman, Todd Brunson, Johnny Chan, Barry Greenstein, and Jerry Buss for the High Stakes Poker Season 1 finale.
