Now an adult, Doree dreams of becoming a successful fashion designer in Varanasi. Meanwhile, Rajnandini's men attack Ganga for witnessing them throw a baby girl into the river.

Doree rescues the child from the river and finds an injured Ganga, who urges him to protect the child. Doree obeys, shielding the child from pursuing goons.

Neelu blocks Doree from entering the house with the strange child. Remembering her promise to Ganga, Doree insists the child is hers. Will Neelu believe Doree?

Doree learns about Ganga's memory loss when he cannot identify the baby. Later, she visits the temple for the baby's naming ceremony, where Mann joins her.

Rajnandini suggests 'Pratham' as the perfect name for Pushpa's son. She urges Pushpa to let go of her daughter's memory and embrace Pratham as her own.

Maan and Doree infiltrate the godown to rescue Shubhi. Maan fights bravely but gets stabbed by a goon during the intense confrontation.

During the Thakurs' celebration, Anand arrives to expose KD. Lights go out during a scuffle and Anand is found stabbed. Maan is arrested as KD smirks at Doree.

KD warns Doree that Maan won’t survive prison, so she helps him escape. They feel safe until cops surround their hideout, putting them in grave danger.

Doree finds fake blood and heartbeat-slowing medicine in her almirah, proving KD faked Anand’s death. She alerts Maan and rushes to the autopsy center for the truth.

Doree records KD and Anand to prove Anand is alive. They drug her and send her for post-mortem. Maan sees her heartbeat drop, rushes to save her but gets arrested.

Maan saves Doree and surrenders to protect her. Meanwhile, Doree tricks KD by taking his phone, bringing cops, and exposing him, proving she planned to save Maan all along.

Maan apologises to Doree and reveals that RN and KD are behind the kidnapping. As KD plants a bomb, Doree arrives at the hideout to save Pushpa and Shubhi.

Maan tries to save Doree but a blast makes the cops declare her dead. Before Pushpa can expose RN, the latter tricks Dadi into transferring the property.

The police tell Maan that Doree died, but Sattu manages to save her. Though in a coma, the doctor informs about her good recovery.

Maan meets Doree but she treats him like a stranger. Shocked, he learns from Sattu that Doree has lost all memories from the past two years.

Doree defends the bunkars from RN’s cruelty. RN plans to exploit Doree’s memory loss, while Maan informs Surendra, who urges him to help Doree recall her past.

Maan tries to revive Doree’s memories by recreating past moments but fails. Pushpa meets Doree with Shubhi, yet Doree treats them as strangers, unaware of their bond.

Following the plan, Doree irritates RN and checks on Maan, only to find him unwell. As she cares for him, RN secretly plots to sell Thakur Haveli and flee the country.

As Doree rescues Pushpa, her memory returns, and she rushes to Maan to express her feelings. Meanwhile, Maan learns that RN killed Neelu, proving Ganga's innocence.

The neighbours warn Doree and Maan about Neelu’s ghost. Doree denies it and later, collapses. Strange incidents begin to unfold and it is revealed that she is possessed.

Doree was never possessed. She and Maan plotted to expose RN. As Doree nears success, RN discovers the truth and aims to kill her. Maan risks his life to save her.

RN is arrested and Maan and Doree get married. Months later, Doree announces her pregnancy. Amidst the joy, RN escapes jail but dies, and the couple lives happily.
