Louie Mueller Barbecue (Taylor, Tex.) • Forte European Tapas Bar & Bistro (Las Vegas, Nev.) • The Highlander Diner (Atlanta, Ga.) Guy Fieri's trip is all about the three B's: beef, barbecue and bar food. First, he stops in Taylor, Texas, at one of the first DDD barbecue joints to pay homage to an old friend whose son is carrying on his legacy. Then, it's on to Las Vegas, where Bulgarian bites and the ultimate Triple D prank reigned supreme. Finally, in Atlanta, a punk rock bar is still flippin' the script on bar food.

Fable Diner (Vancouver, B.C., Canada) • Pijiu Belly (Atlanta, Ga.) • This trip, Guy's spannin' the continent to find the best in meaty treats. In Vancouver, an elevated diner is dishin' out duck pancakes. In Atlanta, siblings at a funky Asian spot are puttin' out primetime pork belly and wok-fried chicken. And in Washington State, a brewpub is pairin' their pints with house-made sausages.

The Banshee (Chico, Calif.) • Upper Crust Bakery & Café (Chico, Calif.) • Grana Wood Fired Foods (Chico, Calif.) This trip, Guy zeroes in on Chico, California, celebratin' the food scene as residents and restaurant owners recover from the 2018 Camp Fire that devastated the area. First up, a Boston-born chef rockin' Asian inspired fare like a «Phở-rench Dip» sandwich and bánh mi tacos. Then, a local icon where a husband-wife team are makin' hometown-faves like chili and Korean pork salad. And a legit Italian joint crankin' out farm-to-table pasta and pizza specialties in their imported oven.

Red Wagon (Vancouver, B.C., Canada) • The Green Mesquite BBQ (Austin, Tex.) • Pizzeria Lola (Minneapolis, Minn.) On this trip, Guy Fieri crosses the border to Vancouver to check in on an elevated eatery serving the ultimate in diner food, from confit duck to pancakes. In Austin, Texas, a barbecue joint whose claim to fame — and its name — is all in the wood. And in Minneapolis, a Korean-inspired, French-oven-baked pizza parlor knockin' out killer creations and pilin' 'em on their perfect pies.

Sin of Cortez (Chico, Calif.) • Ethos Bakery & Café (Richland, Wash.) • The Pie Hole (Vancouver, B.C., Canada) Guy Fieri's going from breakfast to burgers, stopping at a morning hot spot in Cali pumpin' up French toast. In southeast Washington State, a made-from-scratch joint makin' gangsta gravlax and a burger topped with an indulgent twist. And in Vancouver, a north-of-the-border pastry joint with fillin's goin' from savory meat to crazy sweet.

Momona (Chico, Calif.) • Frost Me Sweet (Richland, Wash.) • tuc (Vancouver, B.C., Canada) Guy Fieri hits the road from Cali to Canada for out-of-the-ordinary eats. Like a crunchy mochico-crusted chicken bao and outrageous ramen in down the street from Cal State - Chico. Then, a southeastern Washington bakery-gone-savory firin' up duck confit banh mi and sweet potato lasagna. And over the border in historic Vancouver, cookin' up global inspirations for lamb-in-a-hole skillet pie and bite-sized pork belly crackling.

Peaceful Restaurant (Vancouver, B.C., Canada) • Fox Bros. Bar-B0Q (Atlanta, Ga.) • Los Taquitos Comida Mexicana (Phoenix, Ariz.) Guy Fieri crosses the border to Vancouver, British Columbia, to check in on an authentic Chinese place and see if their Thousand Chili Chicken is as spicy as it sounds. Then he heads south to Atlanta, where a couple of Texan twins are makin' out-of-bounds brisket chili and expanding all over the ATL. Finally, a sibling-run taquería in Phoenix is churning out Mom's famous green chili and taking over the town.
