(Kahului, Maui, Hawaii) This trip, Guy Fieri's cruisin' the Valley Isle with buddy Chef Reno Henriques. First up: on the Haha Highway near the airport, a real-deal taste of regional favorites like loco moco and kalbi ribs. Then in Kihei, a legit barbecue joint smokin' up St. Louis-style ribs and "the bomb" burnt ends. And a Kahului food truck on the road to Haleakala dishin' out the freshest catch served raw, baked and even deep-fried.

Belly & Snout (Los Angeles, Calif.) • Radio Africa & Kitchen (San Francisco, Calif.) • Gandhi Mahal (Minneapolis, Minn.) This trip, Guy's goin’ international with flavors from Asia, Africa and India. In L.A.’s Koreatown, a funky fast Filipino joint spicin' up hot dogs and pilin’ pork adobo on grilled cheese. In San Fran, a Triple-G competitor addin’ Ethiopian flair to jambalaya and today’s fresh catch. And in Minneapolis, a lights-out Indian joint killin' it with classics like tikka masala and naan.

This trip, Guy Fieri's cookin' up everything from creole to cold cuts to crazy Asian crepes. First, a multi-generational joint bringing New Orleans to Los Angeles with off-the-hook gumbo and etouffee. In Minneapolis, a unique deli stacking sandwiches with vegan turkey, vegan cheese and Italian meat-free "meats." And in Maui, Hawaii, a noodle spot dishin' out righteous ramen and off-the-chain Vietnamese crepes.

The Local (Coral Gables, Fla.) • Surley Brewing Company (Minneapolis, Minn.) • Delancey Pizzeria & Bar (Hollywood, Calif.) This trip, Guy Fieri's grabbin' grub cooked up at brew pubs! In Coral Gables, Guy's joined by "K.C." Casey from KC and the Sunshine Band at a craft drink and beer joint servin' southern favorites like hen and dumplings. In Minneapolis, a big-time brewery is cookin' up dishes like righteous pulled pork and a killer brisket sandwich. And in Hollywood, an Italian spot is dishin' out mega-meat pizza and wild boar gnocchi.

This trip, Guy Fieri's taking an eclectic, global-infused tour of Flavortown. In Minneapolis, a neighborhood Italian spot carryin' on family pizza-makin' traditions with a bit of fun. Then, in New Hampshire, a funky joint puttin' their own spin on street food from around the world. And in Miami, a champion chef cookin' Haitian classics like griot, snapper and octopus.

Prairie Dogs (Minneapolis, Minn.) • Moxy (Portsmouth, N.H.) • Azla Ethiopian Vegan (Los Angeles, Calif.) This trip, Guy Fieri's grabbing all kinds of cosmopolitan comfort food. In Minneapolis, an over-the-top hot dog spot loadin' up with beef, sausage and even lamb poutine. In New Hampshire, a righteous joint puttin' a New England spin on corned beef and cabbage, plus a fresh take on stroganoff. And in L.A., a mother-daughter team dishin' out authentic Ethiopian specialties.

In New Hampshire, a modern cantina puttin' out the pork - from belly tacos to a pig's head platter. In Portland, a Woodlawn Park neighborhood market cookin' up grandma's take on biscuits and gravy, plus a funky polenta sandwich. And in northwest Portland, a husband-and-wife relivin' the Spanish food he grew up with, servin' outrageous octopus and other creative tapas.

In Lexington's Highlands neighborhood, an old-house-turned-bed-and-breakfast-lunch-spot crankin' out southern comfort, like fried bologna sandos. Then on to Lexington's NuLu area, where an eclectic joint's cookin' up pork belly Cubans and killer veggie burgers. And in Portland, a diner/restaurant mashup dishin' out chicken and waffles with a kick and decadent donut sliders.
