It's the second largest metropolitan area in the country. After 12 years, Porto will have a new City Council president, and there are precisely 12 candidates for the seat formerly held by Rui Moreira.

RTP hosts the only televised debate featuring all the candidates for president of the City Council of Lisbon and discussies the capital's major issues: hygiene, safety, housing, and transportation. All the candidates and all the topics will be broadcast live from the Museu do Design de Lisboa, in a debate moderated by Carlos Daniel.
