Season 14 Plot
We're transported back to the tropical island of Saint Marie, and this time with a new Detective Inspector in place - but will DI Mervin Wilson remain in the job for long? Following the recently cracked case of ‘who shot the Santas?’, along with the revelation that his estranged mother has passed away, Mervin is ready to get back home and leave the island for good. But when a case close to the hearts of those at the station presents itself, is he tempted to extend his stay?

The team welcome a new recruit before they’re faced with a cryptic case in which the victim leaves them a mysterious message.
2. Episode 2
A mystery unravels in the jungle when a game show contestant is stabbed on a zip line. Meanwhile, the team butt heads with Mervin.
3. Episode 3
Mervin and the team investigate the suspicious death of a wellness business owner after she suffers an allergic reaction at the launch of her skincare product.
4. Episode 4
A distillery owner is poisoned during a group tasting of his premium rum. But the case is shrouded in mystery when it’s revealed that all the guests drank from the same bottle.
5. Episode 5
Mervin begrudgingly agrees to watch a local women’s football game with the team. But it’s cut short when the star player is discovered with a fatal bullet wound.
6. Episode 6
Mervin and the team investigate the dark side of online dating when a man is shot dead at his villa. A new colleague makes an impression for all the wrong reasons.
7. Episode 7
Mervin and the team pull together to pin down the prime suspect in his mother’s murder. But old wounds are reopened as Mervin is forced to confront his past.
8. Episode 8
Mervin is about to fly home but finds himself at the centre of a murder investigation when a body is discovered in his shack.
