Captain van der Vaart and his crew prepare to welcome a very important guest on board. He also receives a warning from his employer, the V.O.C., about his mismanagement.
2. Bijgeloof
A great storm and the sailing of De Kleine Griet clash. The crew's superstitions contribute to a brawl breaking out on the deck of De Kleine Griet.
3. Knapperman
A drowning man at sea is rescued by Captain Wim and the crew of De Kleine Griet.
4. Wijn
After a business visit to the island of Mauritius and an encounter with an apparent pirate, Captain Wim is rewarded with a cargo of very expensive and rare wine.
5. Liefde
Vinkie realizes, after playing a trick on Bas, that he is very lonely. Costa also has a longing for female company after a long time alone at sea.
6. Geschille
Tensions are running high among the crew of De Kleine Griet after a long journey together.
7. Pappegaaij
After a major error of judgment by Arnoud, which jeopardizes his position at the V.O.C., Wim decides to help him.
8. Vaarwel
After the umpteenth misstep by Captain Wim, he and Arnoud are summoned to a disciplinary hearing at the V.O.C.'s head office in Amsterdam.
