Bell, who lives with her bedridden father, is wrongfully arrested for drug possession during a party thrown by her politician's-son boyfriend Top. In prison she quickly becomes enmeshed in the social system and soon becomes the target of a powerful prison gang—only to be saved by feared prisoner Claire.

As Bell is ambushed in her cell, the new prison guard goes after Claire in the cell opposite but she manages the situation. Afterwards, Officer Wichai punishes everyone involved, leading to a chain of retaliation.
