Season 1 Plot
Clovis, a talented and ambitious young chef, opens his restaurant with help from Ben, his fiery sous-chef and best friend, Manon, his passionate sommelier and lover, and Zoé, his 18-year-old daughter he’s never looked after before.

1. Episode 1
Tension peaks as a VIP guest is expected at Panaché. Faced with an unexpected setback, Lacombe gives Clovis full control.
2. Episode 2
Clovis and Ben recruit Manon for their restaurant project and begin searching for a wealthy investor for Casse-Gueule.
3. Episode 3
Clovis has found a well-located, low-cost space for Casse-Gueule, but it’s run-down and right next to chef Debbie Wang’s restaurant.
4. Episode 4
Clovis feels immense pressure as he works on the menu for the restaurant he’s dreamed of opening for so long.
5. Episode 5
When Panaché’s staff is sidelined by a stomach bug, Lacombe calls on the trio to save the evening.
6. Episode 6
Clovis, Ben, and Manon dive into preparations for the opening, but obstacles keep piling up.
