The actors film scenes in a villa, under the influence of drugs and medications. Arianna threatens Alessandro. An unclear script requires a leap of imagination.

New ideas are coming for Medical Dimension, while filming new scenes for Grandpa Mauro. Maestro Arcangeli loses a fan and complains about Valerio's stench.

An extra gives the crew a hard time. Financial problems lead to a makeshift solution. René has to reshoot some footage and makes a disconcerting discovery.

A great soccer player arrives on set, causing a chain of misunderstandings. Thanks to a secret meeting, René uncovers Dr. Cane's trap.

René arrives on set after a night of partying. Fabiana receives a tempting proposal, but she doesn't want to leave Medical Dimension.
