Season 4 Plot
Capt. Jason and his dream crew set sail in the Caribbean’s most exclusive and private hideaway, Canouan. This season the crew welcomes aboard some of the most demanding guests in “Below Deck” history, including in a franchise-first, a charter with the full cast from “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.”

As Capt. Jason reunites with his all-star heads of department Chef Ben, Daisy and Joao for a high-pressure opening charter with The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, a sudden crew emergency rattles the boat before guests even board.
2. Night of the Living Dread
As housewives drama continues to boil over, Capt. Jason keeps his distance while mounting pressure in the galley puts Chef Ben and Alesia at odds. When mechanical failures, a last-minute service change and an over-the-top guest request push the crew to their limits, Alesia is left questioning whether she has what it takes to stay in the kitchen.
3. The Boil Over
Capt. Jason introduces anonymous guest feedback cards and the crew celebrates a record-breaking tip. During a crew night out, personal tensions bubble to the surface when Alesia’s romantic rejection sparks fallout, and a game turns explosive between her and Chef Ben.
4. The Chef's Assistant
A crew shakeup fuels Jenna’s jealousy and distracts Chef Ben in the kitchen. A string of missteps leaves Daisy and Capt. Jason scrambling to regain control before mounting guest complaints sink the charter.
5. Textual Tension
Reeling from harsh guest feedback, Chef Ben overcompensates in the galley and clashes with Daisy over radio miscommunication. New crushes form on board and jealousy ignites when a scandalous text is sent among crew members.

8. Call Me By My Name
A high-stakes four-day charter with a vow renewal gets off to a rocky start when Jenna’s cabin mistake puts the interior team under scrutiny. As pressure mounts in the galley, a sharp comment from Chef Ben pushes Ellie past her limits and forces Capt. Jason to step in and restore order mid-service before the charter spirals out of control.
9. Till Chaos Do Us Part
As galley tensions boil over and guest complaints rattle Chef Ben’s confidence, Capt. Jason demands professionalism when Chef Ben and Ellie clash through a tense dinner service. Mounting interior mistakes force Daisy to draw a hard line with her team. Capt. Jason calls Chef Ben and Ellie to the bridge for a final reckoning.
