Season 1 Plot
Following the conclusion of the greatest father-son fight on earth, Baki and other legendary fighters are overcome with unbearable boredom. Meanwhile, 364 meters beneath Tokyo Skytree, a secret plan is set into motion that seeks to revive the master swordsman Miyamoto Musashi... Unleashed in the present day, this menacing new threat wields his swordsmanship with unparalleled power and speed to attack Baki and the others.

With the greatest father-son battle on earth concluded, Baki experiences overwhelming boredom. Meanwhile, Tokugawa advances his unprecedented experiment.

As the other martial artists battle restlessness, Kaoru Hanayama asks Tokugawa for a favor. Deep underground, the cloning project enters its final phase.
3. The Countenance of Musashi
As Professor John accepts Sabuko's arcane methods against scientific reasoning, Hanayama gears up for an all-out fistfight with Yujiro on Tokyo's streets.
4. Boy
After facing Japan's greatest modern swordsman, the peerless Musashi Miyamoto demands the most skilled fighters in the country. Baki steps forward.
5. Otherworldly Strength
Baki unleashes his fastest strike — but the samurai is faster. Later, as Musashi roams the city, his actions catch the attention of other martial artists.
6. Real Sword
The first to move is Doppo Orochi. After a brief tussle, he asks Musashi to use a real blade. How will God's Hand fare against the sword saint's steel?
7. Feather
Sea King Retsu arrives to face Musashi and trains intensively under the watchful eye of Sea Emperor Kaku to master the secret technique: Xiaoli.
8. You Are Defeated!
The battle between kenpo master Retsu and sword master Musashi Miyamoto begins! While Retsu unleashes long-range weapon attacks, Musashi closes in!?
9. Sea King Retsu
Barely standing after Musashi's barrage of brutal attacks, Retsu forces his broken body forward and adopts a familiar stance. Can he turn the tide?
10. Sekigahara
The deathmatch between Retsu and Musashi comes to a devastatingly brutal conclusion. Baki visits Izo Motobe for guidance and flies into a rage.

After defeating Japan's kendo champ, Musashi faces jujutsu master Goki Shibukawa, who greets the samurai with a firm handshake — and a punch to the face.
12. Tough Body
The strongest being on Earth clashes with the strongest samurai in history at the Tokugawa estate! Yujiro demands Musashi face him with two swords.
13. Practical Fighter
Jack Hammer arrives at the Tokugawa estate hoping to fight Musashi, but first must defeat Motobe, who's determined to be the next to take on the samurai.
