In "Bus of The Undead" (season 1 episode 3), Master Shake is watching a b-grade horror movie called "Assisted Living Dracula." The movie (all 1 minutes 22 seconds of it), is included as an Easter Egg in Disc 2 of the ATHF DVD Volume 1

4. Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Television
The April Fool's Day prank broadcast of the "Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film" twelve days prior to release in theaters. Only the first few minutes of the movie played as expected, while the remainder was muted and scaled down to a tiny overlay at the lower left of the screen as the regular Adult Swim programming played. Various pop-ups with sound effects periodically displayed during the broadcast to explain the promotional event.
5. Adult Swim Kids Presents: Revenge of the Mooninites
An April Fool's version of the episode Revenge of the Mooninites, with children dubbing all the voices and changes made to the script and animation to remove the naughtier elements.

18 years after Master Shake throws him off a cliff, Happy Time Harry returns home to end it all.

Carl sets a trap for Handbanana and takes him to the vet to be neutered, spayed, and possibly put to sleep.
16. Boston
The episode parodies the 2007 Bomb scare. This episode was pulled by Turner Legal to avoid further controversy surrounding the incident. It was leaked online in 2015. It is the only episode of the series that was never formally released.
17. Future Wolf II: Never Cry Wolf: Origin of the Series
An ATHF Volume Two DVD extra. It is a strange short film that tells an untrue story about how Aqua Teen Hunger Force came into existence.
