46-year-old Barry arrives to the Emergency Department. Doctor Oge Iwegbulem orders a pan scan to assess serious trauma to Barry’s head, spine, chest, abdomen and pelvis.

A four-year-old girl suffering from prolonged seizures is rushed to hospital by ambulance. Her condition continues to deteriorate en route. A cyclist has his kneecap put back in place, and Dr Jason Van Der Velde rushes to the scene of an accident, where a 49-year-old has been kicked in the chest by a horse.
