"Anchovy Physical Camp" is a reality game show featuring four men, Choi Daniel, DinDin, Jonathan, and O3ohn, who undergo intense workout missions to improve their physical endurance and escape their "anchovy" reputation. The show combines humor and competition as they face challenges over 12 hours of rigorous training.
