In an elite area of Moscow, an event takes place at night that is directly related to the revelations published in the newspaper "Nonsense" by the newspaper's special correspondent Evgenia Kolesnikova. A major official, Vitaly Mironovich Martov, throws himself out of the window of his apartment and dies.
