Season 1 Plot
Based on a novel by Mikhail Lermontov "Geroy Nashego Vremeni" which tells the story of Pechorin traveling in Kavkaz. The officer, tormented by inner feelings, finds himself in exile.

Season 1 Episodes
1. Episode 1
A road carriage is driving along the road in the vicinity of Pyatigorsk. In it is Grigory Aleksandrovich Pechorin, exiled from St. Petersburg to the Caucasus for a duel with Captain Rokotov.
2. Episode 2
A drunken Cossack Ermolov breaks into the restaurant and kills the waitress. Grushnitsky manages to disarm him. Walking along the grape alley, Pechorin meets his old friend...
3. Episode 3
At an evening at the Ligovskys', Pechorin arranges a meeting with Vera. The princess reproaches him for not paying attention to himself and decides to make him jealous by flirting with other gentlemen.
4. Episode 4
Grushnitsky is promoted to officer. At a country picnic, Pechorin tells Mary the story of his life, and the girl confesses her love to him.
5. Episode 5
Pechorin asks Werner to be his second. He agrees and tells Gregory about the conspiracy being built against him. A duel is looming
6. Episode 6
Pechorin and Maxim Maksimych come to the local prince for a holiday. The robber Kazbich also turns out to be there. At the holiday, Pechorin notices the prince's daughter, Bela
7. Episode 7
Bela, imprisoned in a fortress, is sad and sings sad songs, but then little by little begins to fall in love with Pechorin.
8. Episode 8
Bela didn't make scandals or throw tantrums. The girl understood that interest in her had faded and could not be returned. Bela's fate was tragic.
