The 11 Most Underrated TV Actors

With so much television, it's no surprise that some performances get lost in the shuffle... even if those performances are OMG-worthy. Here are 11 that deserve some praise and attention.

Dylan O'Brien, 'Teen Wolf'

In the span of five seasons, Dylan O'Brien has made us laugh, cry, scream, and want to cradle his face to tell him everything is going to be all right. (It's going to be all right, Dylan O'Brien. It's going to be all right.)

Holly Taylor, 'The Americans'

As Paige, the teenage daughter of two Russian spies, Taylor had to deal with the season-long struggle of whether or not she would expose her parents. If only all TV child actors had Holly Taylor's dramatic chops.

Candice King, 'The Vampire Diaries'

WithThe Vampire Diaries." She's been full of leading-lady material this whole time, and she finally gets to prove it.

Ashraf Barhom, 'Tyrant'

What do you mean you're not watching "Tyrant"?! Fix that, so you can appreciate Ashraf Barhom's scary-good work as the violent, tragic and misunderstood ruler who must stop a coup set up by his "perfect" little brother.

Nicole Beharie, 'Sleepy Hollow'

Nicole Beharie is a beautiful, shining angel and -- in a show that has at least six different kinds of crazy going on at one time -- she somehow keeps it grounded with a compelling and relatable performance.

Grant Gustin, 'The Flash'

Is there a more likable leading man on television right now? We submit not. Equal parts vulnerable and charming, The Flash ever.

Andre Holland, 'The Knick'

Star The Knick." But Andre Holland, though -- that guy steals every scene.

Constance Wu, 'Fresh Off the Boat'

Since "Fresh Off the Boat's" very first episode, it's pretty much been matriarch Jessica Huang's show. Not only does Constance Wu have impeccable comedic timing, but she is great at the emotional moments.

Hayley Atwell, 'Agent Carter'

Agent Carter," she didn't get enough. She nailed it as the sassy, badass hero we all need.

Emily Bett Rickards, 'Arrow'

In a show that is filled with darkness like "Arrow," Felicity Smoak is the light. Any other actress playing this role could easily overdo it or under-do it, but Emily Bett Rickards brings exactly what she needs to to the role. She's also the most adorable person in the world.

Noel Fisher, 'Shameless'

Mickey Milkovich is the epitome of character development on the U.S. version of "Shameless." The raw emotion Noel Fisher brings to the role is just amazing.
