Plot
An airport bombing in the Roviet Union, a land of extreme cold. The suspect emerges as Lupin the Third. However, the “other Lupin,” whom Zenigata has cornered, insists on his innocence. Zenigata, a man of justice, confronts the mysterious "fake Lupin."
