High school students dress up in make-up fashions, hang out in discos, and ride around on four wheels. Mikami, Takeshi, Nobuhiro, and Toru are selling party tickets for the day. Mikami is dating Kyoko, but she is about to marry the fiancé her parents have decided to marry. The other three are still virgins. Takeshi can't get over his older girlfriend, Masaze, and Toru has no idea what to do with himself.
