The Hazards of Helen Movies

Long running movie series adventure train films. This thrill-a-minute series was the longest running of the entire silent film era. It was produced between 1914 and 1917, and consisted of 119 almost weekly episodes. The series began with silent serial film queen Helen Holmes as the star - with an occasional actor taking over the lead. Eventually Helen Gibson took over the role of Helen.
