Plot
Following the previous film, Cody Maverick, Chicken Joe, and Lani Alliki, as well as the Hang 5, face off a crazy leopard seal named Roar-E, who plots to destroy all of Pen Gu Island. In order to stop him and save their home, they'll team up with two legendary wrestlers named Rob Lowe's and Bob Whitey.
