Here's the plot: "This film depicts a Hong Kong police station's decision to send a new police officer, Zhou Xingzhi, to disguise himself as a seeker and infiltrate a private prostitution camp after racking his brains and doing nothing to crack down on the case. He uses secret video footage to search for evidence. In a crackdown on pornography, Zhou Xingzhi was discovered by the owner of the prostitution camp, tied him up and hung a prostitute in front of him, sexually abusing the prostitute. The police officers who were monitoring outside did not intervene in time to prevent the rescue, but ultimately cracked the private prostitution camp, But Zhou Xingzhi despised this behavior and left the police force."
