Like the Japanese Special Editions of other Gundam and Sunrise anime series, this is the last of three volumes, that will condense the second half of the second season of Gundam 00 into feature-length videos. They all feature some new animated sequences and some partially re-recorded dialogue.

A special edition of "Mobile Suit Gundam 00," re-edited with new voice recordings and newly animated scenes. The year is 2307 A.D. As the great superpowers of the Union, the Human Reform League, and the AEU wage an endless war, the private armed organization Celestial Being appears. Using their mobile suits, the Gundams, they aim to "eradicate war through armed force."
