Ready to dive into the plot? Here's the plot: "Roberto is 30 years old, lives in Genoa with his mother, and suffers from anxiety and panic attacks. His mother, shortly before dying, calls him Nicola. Roberto wants to find out who it is, and for this reason he decides to leave for the Island of Elba, his place of birth. During the ferry trip, the man meets Marina, his age, and has a new panic attack. Arriving on the island, he discovers that Nicola was his brother, and that he was brutally murdered shortly before he was born. So Roberto immediately calls his father, who lives abroad, and asks him why he has never heard anything about Nicola's infanticide in so many years. The father reveals to him that it was the mother, immediately after the tragic event, who wanted to leave the Island of Elba to start a new life together with her other child who was about to be born."
