Here's the plot: "To celebrate his 30th acting anniversary, Kōji Matoba stars as Seiji Oda, the fiercest member of Tendokai, who joins the organization under Kazuma Washio (Hitoshi Ozawa). In 2011, Tendokai dominates Kanto, while the rising Santōkai threatens them. Meanwhile, in Yokohama, Seiji Oda forms a rogue group, Oda Dōshi-kai, and violently protects his turf, clashing with Jinseikai. As Tendokai's Vice-Head Ryuji Kondo retires, Keiji Oda (Seiji's brother) is tasked with calming the tensions between the two groups, leading to a reunion between the Oda brothers."
